Fakin Malvasia at the 11th En Primeur

Fakin Winery participated in the 11th En Primeur tasting of young Istrian Malvasias, Žlahtina, and indigenous varieties of the Croatian Uplands (harvest of 2022), organized by the Vinistra association. This event took place at the Hotel Esplanade in Zagreb, where they showcased their Malvasia.

Over 60 winemakers from Istria took part in the event, and esteemed experts and wine enthusiasts enjoyed the freshness and tradition of Fakin Winery's Malvasia, with its playful and delicate flavors that make it a distinctive and indigenous wine.

En primeur is an event launched by Vinistra in 2012, inspired by the tastings of new vintages in France. Since then, every February, restaurant owners, wine shops, cafe bar owners, distributors, hoteliers, wine critics, and journalists gather to socialize with winemakers and taste the new harvest of Malvasias.
