GOLD AT DECANTER – Fakin Winery's Great Success

Fakin Winery is proud to announce the gold medals won at one of the world's most prestigious wine competitions - the Decanter World Wine Awards. These prestigious awards are a recognition of the excellence of our wines and a testament to the dedication to quality and passion we invest in each of our products.

The Decanter World Wine Awards, one of the largest global wine competitions, brings together thousands of wines from around the world each year. Expert panels of top sommeliers, winemakers, oenologists, and wine experts carefully evaluate each wine, and awards are given based on strict criteria and sensory analysis. Winning a Gold medal at this competition represents the pinnacle of wine excellence and a confirmation of top-tier quality.

Fakin Winery has won gold medals for several of its standout wines for six consecutive years. In 2017, our elegant wine Malvasia La Prima received a gold medal, while in 2018, Teran Il Primo was recognized for its exceptional quality.

In 2019, our Malvasia earned a gold medal, and the following year saw another gold seal for Teran Il Primo. The year 2021 was yet another triumph for our Malvasia, while 2022 brought new gold for our Teran.
